The March meeting covered updates from both active subgroups. The Virtual Build/Tool Subgroup is developing a web-based 3D audio tool, with next steps focused on pilot studio selection, collecting impulse responses, and exploring a potential industry partnership. The Travelling Programme Subgroup is building a framework for a touring concert/workshop series, targeting a 2026–2027 launch with potential nodes in Chicago, Oslo, Graz, New York, and Venice. The group also shared upcoming opportunities including NOTAM, Beast Festival, Sonorities, and ID3A, discussed arts funding pressures, and welcomed two potential new members from Canada and the US.
